Black Monday

Monday's life has been an uphill battle from his very first breath. Born mute to a neglectful mother who prioritized her own desires over his well-being, he grew up in one of the most violent neighborhoods in New York City. His inability to speak made him an easy target for teasing and bullying from his peers, turning every day into a struggle for survival.
 
After witnessing a gruesome murder outside his building, committed by two local boys, Monday is approached by Detective Brian, a seasoned veteran on the force. Despite the trauma he has endured, Monday refuses to provide any information, adhering to the unspoken code of the streets: no snitching.
 
One of the murderers soon confronts Monday to ensure he hasn’t shared anything with the police. This tense encounter sparks an unexpected bond that changes Monday's life forever—in the worst way possible.
